Treasure-It merchandise is shipped by United Parcel Service ONLY. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so a physical address must be provided. If no physical address is provided, then merchandise will NOT be shipped.

Treasure-It does not expect any merchandise returned, but in the event that an item needs to be returned because of a manufacturing defect, this is what to do:

All items should be sent by US Postal Service to our Post Office Box: Treasure-It, PO Box 1411, Citrus Heights, CA 95611-1411. Please make sure that the packing slip is included with the item or items being returned. Do not send items by any other shipping service, as they will not deliver to the PO box. Treasure-It does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs, but replacement items will be shipped to you FREE of charge.
